Public Safety, Technology and the 1st Amendment Collide

Public safety, technology and the First Amendment collide in San Francisco’s subway – The Washington Post.

As we talk this week about the purpose and appropriate role of government in society, this article brings up a tension that has existed as long as governments have been around: the tension between Individual Liberty and Collective Order.
